About Joe's Accomodation

Joe's family accommodations are a twin villa in the same compound at 4050 m² and in a safe and peaceful area. 5 bedrooms in each villa and each room has its own suite. A large kitchen with a storage unit. The dining room contains a large table plus 6 chairs. A garage for one vehicle plus 6 vehicles inside the compound parking area.
The master bedroom has space for an office desk for those travelling for work. Washing machine, freezer, electrical cooker, and ironing set are all inclusive.
A space for 200 people for party and recreation activities on the grass field in the compound.
Our appartments are equipped with solar panels giving our facilities an efficient and reliable source of electricity for your comfort.

About our terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions for Online Booking

Staff abuse is a zero tolerance. Your stay could have been terminated and refused accommodated at Joe's family Villas
Guaranteed deposit could be requested for the longer stay to cover for any eventualities caused by guests
Guaranteed deposit will be reimbursed 24hous after checkout, if there aren't any damage caused by guests
It is guest responsibility of finding out on all services given by the accommodation within 48 hours prior confirmation and preceding or cancel the booking before cancellation deadline.
After checking in on the accommodation, any cancellation is not refundable due to spending preparing for your arrival.
Any dangerous substantial or equipment such as guns, drugs, acids, and many more are not allowed in the accommodation or need to be reported before check-in.
All secure payments are allowed online only.
Cash payments can be arranged by our administration to collect in full payments of your stay days, weeks, or months before the check-in date.

Booking Confirmation
All bookings made online will be confirmed only after full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: Full refund available.
Cancellations after 24 hours of booking: A 30% administration fee will be deducted. The remaining 70% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellations after check-in: No refunds will be provided due to prior arrangements for your stay.

Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 30% administrative fee. In such cases, 70% of the booking fee will be refunded
